*About the Role* We are seeking a Techno-Functional Project Manager to lead and support the successful implementation of our SaaS-based Human Capital Management (HCM) and Visa Management solutions. The ideal candidate will serve as a liaison between clients, business teams, and technical teams to ensure smooth delivery, configuration, and adoption of our digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities\

  • Manage end-to-end SaaS implementation projects, from requirement gathering to deployment and post-go-live support.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, expectation management, and timely delivery.
  • Analyze client business processes and translate them into functional and technical requirements.
  • Coordinate with technical, QA, and product teams to ensure smooth configuration, customization, and integration of the solution.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, user acceptance testing (UAT), and training sessions for client stakeholders.
  • Track project progress, manage risks, and prepare project documentation (SOWs, timelines, reports, etc.).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance solution performance, usability, and client satisfaction.
  • Ensure all implementations comply with data privacy, security, and compliance standards.

*Qualifications \& Skills*

  • *Education:* Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • *Experience:* 3-5 years in SaaS solution implementation or techno-functional project management, preferably in HCM or Visa/Immigration management systems.
  • Strong understanding of HR, onboarding, payroll, workforce management, and visa process workflows is an advantage.
  • Hands-on experience managing IT system implementations, integrations (e.g. REST APIs), and data migration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English required (Arabic is a plus).
  • Proven experience in client communication, stakeholder management, and delivering projects within scope and timeline.
  • Familiarity with Azure Cloud or similar cloud platforms is preferred.
  • PMP or Agile certification is a plus but not mandatory.
