Requirements
Must have:
- We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in technology, computers, servers, networking, and customer support. - We value clear, patient, and professional communication skills, especially over phone and email. - We need someone who is comfortable learning remote support tools and guiding customers through technical steps. - Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation habits are important. - A practical troubleshooting mindset and willingness to ask questions when needed are essential. - Reliability, a positive attitude, and pride in doing work properly are key traits. - Experience with PC assembly, Windows troubleshooting, networking, CCTV, or IT support is an asset, but not required. - We provide Milestone XProtect certification training, so prior certification is not mandatory. - We prefer candidates who are eager to learn and grow in a hands-on technical environment.
Responsibilities:
- We provide professional technical support to customers and partners by phone and email. - We use secure remote access tools to investigate, diagnose, and resolve system issues. - We assist with setup, configuration, and ongoing support for our servers, workstations, and storage systems. - We troubleshoot Windows, hardware, network connectivity, storage, and software-related problems. - We support video surveillance and VMS environments, including Milestone XProtect systems. - We document support cases, troubleshooting actions, resolutions, and follow-up tasks clearly and accurately. - We escalate complex technical issues to senior team members while continuing to learn from each case. - We assist with quality assurance, system assembly, and build preparation when needed. - We work directly with real-world deployments used by security integrators and enterprise customers.
