Requirements
Must have:

Responsibilities:
- We provide initial post-sales technical assistance for assigned products through phone, email, chat, and remote support tools. - We answer basic questions related to installation, operation, configuration, customization, and product use. - We apply fundamental troubleshooting methods to diagnose issues, identify root causes, and recommend fixes for common problems. - We create and maintain case records, document details, track resolution timing, and follow up on open issues. - We escalate more complex matters when they require additional expertise or support. - We take on other ad hoc duties as needed. - We continually build our knowledge of Federal Signal products and industry trends through ongoing training. - We periodically participate in customer site visits as well as trade shows and industry events.
