Must have:

- We require U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain or already hold a Public Trust clearance. - We need a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field. - We require 5+ years of professional experience in at least one enterprise-scale area such as SharePoint document management, network share analysis, records management, or network share migration. - We need 5+ years of hands-on development experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Canvas apps, model-driven apps, Dataverse, Power BI, and Power Automate. - We require 5+ years of experience building and tailoring SharePoint Online solutions, including SPFx, JSON, workflows, and integration with Power Platform. - We need 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Copilot, including Copilot Studio, prompt engineering, and integration with Microsoft 365 and Power Platform. - We require 5+ years of experience in at least two administrative domains such as Power Platform, SharePoint, Azure/Entra ID, Dynamics 365, or Exchange. - We need 5--10 years of experience delivering solutions with Microsoft 365, Azure, .NET, JavaScript, and related technologies. - We require experience with solution-based Power Platform development, including application lifecycle management and promotion across development, QA, and production environments. - We need demonstrated skill in translating business needs into complex enterprise solutions across Power Platform, SharePoint Online, and Copilot. - We require strong technical writing and documentation capabilities, including architecture, configuration, deployment, and end-user guides. - We prefer familiarity with custom connectors, CoE, AI Builder, Power Virtual Agents, and Power Pages. - We need experience with Azure Entra service principals, Azure resources integrated with Power Platform, and Power BI development and publishing. - We require working knowledge of PowerShell, .NET, JavaScript, and Python in a Power Platform and SharePoint environment. - We need excellent verbal and written communication skills. - We require Microsoft PL-900 certification by the start date; PL-100, PL-200, or Copilot-related certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities:


  • We lead and support the full delivery lifecycle for Power Platform, SharePoint Online, and Copilot solutions, from discovery and requirements gathering through design, development, testing, deployment, and retirement. - We build custom applications, workflows, and automation using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, SPFx, and Copilot integrations. - We develop, enhance, and tune Copilot extensions, prompts, and conversational experiences to improve productivity and business value. - We independently test solution components and document test cases, results, and validation outcomes. - We create detailed test plans and hand off knowledge to QA teams. - We document solution architecture, technical dependencies, deployment steps, and user guidance. - We participate in code reviews for Power Platform, SharePoint, Azure services, and custom connectors. - We mentor junior developers, assign tasks as appropriate, and help ensure high-quality delivery on schedule. - We work independently, communicate proactively, and drive problem-solving during development and discovery activities. - We support migration efforts that may require evening or weekend work, with flexible comp time arrangements when needed.
