About the Role

We are looking for a strategic, execution-oriented leader to define and scale our Global Marketing Programs function. This role will own the strategy and execution across partner marketing, rewards, and incentive programs, and demand generation initiatives that directly influence pipeline growth and revenue outcomes.

You will serve as a critical counterpart to Sales leadership, driving integrated marketing programs that accelerate pipeline creation, deepen partner engagement, and strengthen market credibility across enterprise accounts globally. You will do whatever it takes to build a best-in-class ecosystem of partners that defines the trajectory of our global business.

What You'll Do

  • Define and lead the global strategy for marketing programs across partner marketing, field marketing, incentives, executive engagement, communications and partner demand generation initiatives.

  • Serve as the primary marketing counterpart to channel Sales leadership and act as the "program czar" for you align and ensure partner marketing-sourced and influenced pipeline goals are achieved to support revenue targets.

  • Build, execute and measure high-impact regional and global partner programs, including but not limited to:

  • Partner Enablement

  • MDF Program and partner investment

  • Partner-led programs

  • Incentive and rewards programs

  • Bring innovative new program to accelerate partner revenue growth

  • Drive integrated partner marketing programs that create measurable pipeline impact while optimizing collaboration between Corporate Marketing, Demand Generation, Product Marketing, and Sales.

  • Develop scalable partner marketing programs with strategic channel partners to increase market reach, customer engagement, and pipeline contribution.

  • Create and operationalize metrics, reporting frameworks, and pipeline accountability processes to measure partner growth, program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.

  • Champion a culture of creativity, urgency, operational excellence, and customer obsession across all marketing initiatives.

What You Bring

  • 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, including 5+ years focused on channel marketing.
  • Proven success building and scaling global and/or regional partner marketing programs that generate measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
  • Strong experience partnering with channel sales leadership and operating as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
  • Experience working with channels, alliances, or strategic partners to develop joint go-to-market and customer engagement programs to launch through our partners.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous, and high-growth environments.
  • Proven track record executing creative, differentiated, and out-of-the-box partner marketing programs that stand out in competitive markets.
  • Exceptional cross-functional collaboration, communication, and project management skills.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 10-15% of the time.
  • High ownership mentality with strong attention to detail and operational discipline ("Inbox Zero" mindset preferred).
