Barchester's marketing team has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic Senior Marketing Executive to join our fast paced Brand team. Reporting to the Campaign Manager and working closely with the Head of Brand Marketing, you'll bring commercial awareness, data driven thinking, and a passion for impactful offline campaigns. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference. Hybrid working, with one day in the office day a week located in Finsbury Square, London. In this role, you'll lead targeted activity to drive private pay enquiries for homes with higher vacancies or undergoing refurbishment. The role involves working with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, so clear communication, strong attention to detail, and a customer focused approach are essential to support our operational teams effectively. NEED TO DO: Deliver multi channel offline campaigns to boost enquiries and reduce cost per enquiry/conversion Coordinate with agencies and internal teams to deliver campaigns on time and to a high standard Work with Operations to identify homes needing support and share performance updates Manage campaign inboxes and provide responsive support to homes on targeting and local activity Liaise with Development and Interior Design to stay updated on refurb

Essential skills include strong communication, attention to detail, a proactive organizational approach, and at least five years of marketing experience.
