Barchester's marketing team has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic Senior Marketing Executive to join our fast paced Brand team. Reporting to the Campaign Manager and working closely with the Head of Brand Marketing, you'll bring commercial awareness, data driven thinking, and a passion for impactful offline campaigns. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference. Hybrid working, with one day in the office day a week located in Finsbury Square, London In this role, you'll lead targeted activity to drive private pay enquiries for homes with higher vacancies or undergoing refurbishment. The role involves working with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, so clear communication, strong attention to detail, and a customer focused approach are essential to support our operational teams effectively. The role involves delivering multi-channel offline campaigns, coordinating with agencies, supporting operational teams, managing campaign inboxes, liaising with the development team, refining customer journeys, planning post-refurbishment events, managing budgets, and providing ad hoc support to Campaign Marketing and the Head of Brand Marketing. Required qualifications include a minimum of 5 years' marketing experience and strong communication skills.
