- We are seeking a Sr. Manager, Community to join our growing team
- They will work closely with Social, PR/Communications, Partnerships, and Events to ensure community is woven into how the brand shows up in culture
- Develop and execute Quince's global community strategy, positioning community as a core driver of growth, advocacy, and cultural relevance
- Build systems that transform customers into participants, contributors, and advocates, including community-led content, referrals, and ambassador programs
- Design programs that treat customers like influencers: including early access, community PR lists, product seeding, and community-led brand moments
- Partner closely with Social to turn channels into community hubs, prioritizing user-generated content, participatory formats, and community storytelling
- Integrate community into product and launch cycles, including early testing, feedback loops, and community-driven rollouts
- Design and launch scalable offline community programs across priority markets (run clubs, book clubs, wellness groups, parent communities, local ambassador gatherings)
- Identify and cultivate community leaders, creators, and advocates who can organically grow Quince communities within key cities and cultural spaces
- Build and manage a structured global ambassador program that empowers members to host events and lead local communities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with PR/Communications, Partnerships, and Events to embed community into storytelling, collaborations, and experiential activations
- Establish and track community performance metrics including growth, engagement, participation, and advocacy
- Develop scalable playbooks and systems to expand community programs across international markets
- Monitor cultural and community trends to identify new opportunities for community-led growth
