Senior Data Scientist -- Advanced Analytics

Banking / Financial services background required
Core Must-Haves:
- ML frameworks: Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch
- Python • R • SQL
- ️ Big data \& cloud: Hadoop, Spark, Databricks, Azure/GCP/AWS
- Reports, dashboards, predictive models
- Full model lifecycle (acquisition → deployment → monitoring)
Leadership \& Business:
- Lead \& mentor a team of data scientists
- Translate analytics into strategic business insights
- ️ Data governance, privacy, ethical AI, model risk
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's in CS, Data Science, Math, Stats, Engineering
- 8--10 years in Data Science / AI/ML (but JD says 12--14 years -- will follow your cap)
- 3 years in leadership/managerial role
- Banking/Financial services track record
