Main duties of the job

The role of a Senior Care Assistant at Avery Healthcare involves shifts from 7am to 8.30pm, including weekends.   • Undertaking staff supervisions and supporting staff with their development where required.
  • Actingas a key point for contact with residents, theirrelativesand visitors, as well as health and social care professionals involved in their wellbeing, ensuring that any reasonable requests are actedupon,and concerns or complaints are escalated.
