Requirements
Must have:
- We require at least three years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including Apex and Lightning Web Components. - We need experience delivering solutions in live Salesforce production environments with meaningful business complexity. - We expect a strong understanding of Salesforce data architecture, security controls, automation tools, and platform best practices. - We look for sound judgment in choosing between declarative and programmatic solutions. - We need the ability to troubleshoot issues across code, configuration, integrations, and data. - We require experience with deployments, testing, and release management in a structured environment. - We value strong communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical partners. - We prefer experience with Fonteva or another membership- or association-focused Salesforce managed package. - We prefer Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I or II. - We prefer experience with Experience Cloud and identity tools, including SSO via SAML or OIDC, JIT provisioning, and community user management. - We prefer familiarity with association, membership, events, credentialing, and commerce or payment workflows, including PCI-related considerations. - We prefer knowledge of integrations, APIs, and asynchronous processing patterns. - We prefer experience using Git, CI/CD, and modern Salesforce deployment practices. - We require authorization to work for any employer in the United States; we are unable to sponsor or transfer employment visa sponsorship at this time.
Responsibilities:
- We design, build, test, and support solutions using Apex, Flow, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce configuration. - We develop and extend functionality within a Fonteva-based association management environment. - We translate business needs into practical, scalable technical solutions in close partnership with analysts and stakeholders. - We support core workflows across membership, events, commerce, service and case management, and sales. - We investigate defects, resolve production incidents, and strengthen platform stability and performance. - We build and maintain integrations and data pipelines using Salesforce APIs and event-driven methods. - We follow and help advance development standards for testing, documentation, deployment, and change management. - We contribute to code reviews, release preparation, and technical documentation. - We help improve reliability in key business processes and support post-launch stabilization efforts. - We work as a dependable, independent contributor while communicating progress clearly across teams.
