- Project Delivery:
- Direct and oversee completion of benchmarking and strategy projects
- Develop project plans including schedule, manpower and work plans
- Lead research efforts, including primary and secondary research to execute projects
- Write and control the quality of final reports
- People management:
- Provide guidance and support to team members on research methodology and writing to achieve satisfactory research results
- Conduct reviews and provide frequent feedback to team members to improve their performance
- Business Development:
- Support Executives' business development activities or conduct them independently
- Write proposals including preparation, cost estimation and resource identification Requirements:
- Competitor intelligence experience is essential, ideally gained from the healthcare industry
- Proven track record of managing projects from start to finish and mentoring project team members
- Good client interface and communication skills
- Excellent business writing, presentation, and communication skills in English and Chinese
- Team building and management experience is preferred
