What You'll Do
- Design, oversee, and optimize data pipelines that integrate genomics, clinical records, biomarkers, and other healthcare datasets into unified analytics platforms
- Lead analytical strategies that transform complex, integrated datasets into actionable insights for clinical decision support and precision medicine research
- Evaluate and improve how AI models interpret genomic and clinical data --- identifying gaps, errors, and opportunities for greater accuracy
- Collaborate with clinicians, researchers, and technical teams to ensure data quality, regulatory alignment, and scientific integrity
- Communicate findings and data-driven insights clearly to cross-functional stakeholders across clinical, research, and engineering disciplines
- Contribute to data governance frameworks that uphold compliance and best practices in regulated healthcare environments
Who You Are
- Experienced working with large-scale healthcare, genomic, or life sciences datasets in analytics or data leadership roles
- Strong background in data integration, data governance, and translating complex scientific data into actionable insights
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with clinical, research, and engineering teams in technical or regulated environments
- Sharp analytical thinker who can bridge the gap between raw data and real-world clinical meaning
- Self-directed, reliable, and capable of delivering high-quality work independently
Nice to Have
- Prior experience with data annotation, data quality assessment, or AI evaluation workflows
- Familiarity with bioinformatics tools, EHR systems, or clinical data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR, OMOP)
