Population Health Informaticist (AI Training) About The Role We're looking for experienced Population Health Informaticists to help evaluate and improve AI systems designed to analyze and act on large-scale health data. What You'll Do
- Evaluate AI-generated population health analyses for accuracy, relevance, and clinical soundness
- Collect, integrate, and assess population health metrics to identify trends, disparities, and opportunities for improving outcomes
- Review and provide expert feedback on dashboards, data pipelines, and reporting frameworks used in health surveillance and decision-making
- Translate complex analytical insights into structured, actionable feedback that helps AI better support health programs and policy
- Flag errors, gaps, or misleading outputs in AI-generated public health content using clear, evidence-based reasoning
Who You Are
- Experienced working with healthcare, public health, or population-level datasets
- Strong analytical thinker with solid data visualization and reporting skills
- Able to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for diverse stakeholders
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working asynchronously
- Passionate about using data to improve health outcomes at a community level
Nice to Have
- Prior experience with data annotation, data quality, or evaluation systems
- Familiarity with epidemiology, biostatistics, or health informatics frameworks
- Experience working with electronic health records (EHR), claims data, or public health surveillance systems
- Background in designing or evaluating population health programs or initiatives
