Requirements


Must have:

- We require a bachelors degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a closely related discipline. - We look for at least seven years of experience managing enterprise physical security systems and related infrastructure. - We prefer candidates with Genetec Certified Professional or PSP credentials. - We need strong knowledge of network architecture and protocols used in security environments. - We value the ability to assess complex scenarios and recommend practical, effective solutions. - We seek experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and overseeing vendor relationships. - We want a client-focused professional who is driven by results. - We expect the ability to interpret business needs and translate them into tailored solutions. - We require solid analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities. - We value proven project management skills. - We need excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain technical topics to non-technical audiences. - We look for strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. - We expect consistent follow-through and the ability to deliver expected business outcomes. - We require proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office. - We require the physical and mental ability to perform essential job functions, with or without reasonable accommodation. - We require the capacity for regular computer use, frequent sitting and standing, occasional reaching and lifting of small objects, and periodic travel.

Responsibilities:


  • We represent our core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence in everything we do. - We lead the strategy, rollout, and full lifecycle management of enterprise physical security systems. - We set and uphold standards for system design, installation, configuration, maintenance, and lifecycle oversight. - We design, implement, and refine advanced physical security solutions, with a primary focus on Genetec platforms. - We evaluate, select, and deploy security technologies such as access control, video management, intercoms, visitor management, and AI/analytics tools. - We ensure security technologies integrate smoothly to protect our corporate offices, people, and assets. - We architect scalable and resilient security solutions by identifying capacity limits, dependencies, and potential failure points. - We develop repeatable deployment methods, including playbooks, templates, and documentation, to drive consistency across sites. - We manage end-to-end delivery of medium to high-complexity security initiatives, keeping scope, timelines, and business priorities aligned. - We partner across IT, networking, workplace, and other teams to ensure infrastructure readiness and successful integration. - We manage vendors and integrators to maintain quality, accountability, and alignment with our standards. - We oversee integration across hardware, software, and network environments to support performance, reliability, and scalability. - We establish clear handoffs to administration, support, and project teams to ensure long-term ownership and sustainability. - We provide advanced technical guidance, including Tier 3 support, for complex issues and optimization opportunities. - We communicate program progress, risks, and strategic priorities to stakeholders and leadership to support informed decisions. - We perform additional duties as needed.
