Must have:

Responsibilities:
- We deliver support for human capital evaluation frameworks and compliance activities. - We conduct program evaluations aligned with HRStat, OPM guidance, and GPRA Modernization Act standards. - We track performance results and use findings to improve outcomes. - We develop KPIs and monitor performance metrics to support HR performance management. - We provide specialized functional analysis, documentation, controls, and adoption support to improve service quality and compliance. - We help enhance operational efficiency through digital transformation and process automation. - We strengthen data-driven decision-making through advanced analytics and business intelligence. - We support regulatory compliance and adherence to federal human capital policies. - We assist with integration of IT systems and workforce planning tools. - We optimize service delivery through performance-based outcomes and service-level agreements. - We work independently on complex deliverables as a senior specialist or technical lead. - We contribute to business development and support broader firm initiatives as needed. - We maintain annual goals and objectives aligned with our core competencies.
