Requirements


Must have:

- We require at least 5 years of experience in performance management. - We prefer a bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. - We need strong analytical thinking and the ability to interpret performance data effectively. - We look for proficiency in project management methods and related tools. - We value excellent leadership, interpersonal, and team coordination skills. - We expect outstanding time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities. - We require adaptability to shifting priorities and changing project needs. - We look for strong attention to detail and solid organizational skills. - We need excellent verbal and written communication skills. - We expect proficiency with Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word. - We prefer experience with Adobe Acrobat, Visio, and data analytics tools. - We require U.S. citizenship. - We do not provide visa sponsorship for this role.

Responsibilities:


  • We deliver support for human capital evaluation frameworks and compliance activities. - We conduct program evaluations aligned with HRStat, OPM guidance, and GPRA Modernization Act standards. - We track performance results and use findings to improve outcomes. - We develop KPIs and monitor performance metrics to support HR performance management. - We provide specialized functional analysis, documentation, controls, and adoption support to improve service quality and compliance. - We help enhance operational efficiency through digital transformation and process automation. - We strengthen data-driven decision-making through advanced analytics and business intelligence. - We support regulatory compliance and adherence to federal human capital policies. - We assist with integration of IT systems and workforce planning tools. - We optimize service delivery through performance-based outcomes and service-level agreements. - We work independently on complex deliverables as a senior specialist or technical lead. - We contribute to business development and support broader firm initiatives as needed. - We maintain annual goals and objectives aligned with our core competencies.
