Sound judgement, discretion, and operational oversight experience will ensure your success in this Operations \& Office Manager role.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring a professional, organized, and efficient work environment
  • Process semi-monthly payroll and related retirement plan contributions
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including client billing, and consultant invoices
  • Support recordkeeping and reporting related to payroll, time tracking, and wage summaries
  • Administer employee benefits and liaise with benefit providers
  • Partner with external accountants regarding taxes, payroll reporting, and compliance
  • Support leadership and project teams with administrative coordination
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for general office administration and reception responsibilities
  • Coordinate with building management and vendors

Qualifications

  • Experience working in the consulting services industry is a plus
  • 7 years experience in office management, operations, and/or bookkeeping
  • Strong knowledge of payroll administration, billing, accounts payable/receivable, and office operations
  • Experience working with QuickBooks
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion when handling confidential information
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Live locally
