Role OverviewWe are seeking a culturally attuned and clinically experienced Arabic-speaking Specialist OBGYN to join a leading healthcare facility in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive care across prenatal, natal, and postnatal stages, with a strong emphasis on patient communication, surgical expertise, and evidence-based practice. Key ResponsibilitiesConduct detailed consultations and manage routine and high-risk pregnanciesPerform gynecological procedures including:Cesarean sections, hysterectomies, laparoscopiesD\&C, colposcopy, and fertility-related interventionsProvide antenatal and postnatal care with a focus on maternal and fetal well-beingCollaborate with midwives, neonatologists, and anesthesiologists for integrated careMaintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with clinical protocolsParticipate in departmental audits, CME activities, and quality improvement initiativesCommunicate effectively with Arabic-speaking patients and families to ensure clarity and comfort in care delivery📋 Qualifications \& ExperienceLanguage Requirement: Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written)Certification: Specialist qualification in Obstetrics \& Gynecology (e.g., Arab Board, MRCOG, or equivalent)Licensure: DOH (HAAD) license or eligibility requiredExperience: Minimum 5 years post-specialization in a hospital or women's health clinicStrong surgical and diagnostic skills across obstetric and gynecologic domainsExcellent interpersonal and culturally sensitive communication abilitiesCompensation \& BenefitsCompetitive tax-free salaryAnnual performance bonusHousing allowance or furnished accommodationFamily medical insuranceCME allowance and paid study leaveRelocation support and visa sponsorship
