Requirements
Must have:
- We are looking for a technically capable professional with 3--7 years of experience in data engineering, data science, or machine learning. - We require strong proficiency in Python and SQL. - We value a demonstrated ability to independently design, develop, and deliver solutions with limited supervision. - We expect experience working with real-world, messy, or incomplete datasets. - We need someone who can operate with high accountability, minimal direction, and a strong sense of ownership. - We seek a solid problem-solving mindset with the ability to turn operational challenges into practical technical outcomes. - Preferred: experience with machine learning tools such as Scikit-learn, PyTorch, or XGBoost. - Preferred: experience creating ETL workflows or data pipelines. - Preferred: exposure to industrial, manufacturing, or other operational environments.
Responsibilities:
- We will rely on you to design and develop a centralized data pipeline that brings together ERP, operational, and sensor data. - You will analyze data to uncover inefficiencies and improvement opportunities across production and quality. - You will create and deploy machine learning models to support process optimization, forecasting, planning, and quality enhancement. - You will translate operational problems into scalable, practical technical solutions. - You will own projects end to end, from initial concept through implementation, with minimal oversight. - You will work independently as a key contributor, taking responsibility for execution and results.
