- Generate high-quality training datasets that demonstrate proficient tool use and systematic problem-solving for AI models
- Audit and refine AI-generated reasoning steps, catching logical gaps and improving overall coherence
- Work independently and asynchronously --- fully on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Professional background in Machine Learning, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- Exceptional ability to articulate complex reasoning processes in a clear, structured, and reproducible way
- Strong critical thinking skills --- you can spot flawed logic and know how to fix it
- Methodical, detail-oriented, and consistent in your approach to technical problem-solving
- Comfortable working independently without hand-holding
- Master's Degree or PhD in a relevant field
Nice to Have
- Prior experience with data annotation, data labeling, or AI evaluation workflows
- Familiarity with LLM behavior, prompt engineering, or AI training pipelines
