Requirements
Must have:
- We are seeking an experienced IT Support Technician with at least 3 years of IT support experience. - We require a strong working knowledge of server domains, desktop systems, LAN, WAN, VPNs, firewalls, backups, and Office 365. - We value excellent communication skills, both technical and interpersonal, and the ability to work effectively with clients and teammates. - We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, professional, and committed to delivering exceptional customer support. - We prefer candidates with current A+ and/or Microsoft certifications. - We require solid professional references. - We require a valid drivers license, dependable transportation, and a clean driving record. - We require the ability to pass a background check and drug screening. - This is an onsite role, and candidates must be able to commute to our Dyersburg, TN location and relocate before starting if needed. - Daytime availability is required. - We prefer applicants who can thrive in a small-team environment and work well with others.
Responsibilities:
- We provide onsite, remote, and telephone support to our business clients. - We maintain and repair server systems. - We manage and monitor backup solutions. - We support wireless networking infrastructure. - We troubleshoot and assist with network printer issues. - We handle corporate email support. - We assist users with productivity software and related applications. - We work to resolve client issues promptly while also helping prevent future problems. - We collaborate with teammates to support our managed IT services clients across our service area.
