Role Overview
We are looking for someone who can actively participate in understanding business challenges, identify opportunities for digital transformation, suggest practical technology solutions, and convert discussions into business opportunities and whoes role is not limited to only cold calling.
The ideal candidate should be capable of handling the complete sales lifecycle:
Lead Generation → Prospect Identification → Client Discussion → Requirement Understanding → Solution Suggestion → Proposal Coordination → Negotiation → Project Closure
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, outreach campaigns, and other channels.
- Connect with business owners, founders, and decision-makers.
- Understand existing business operations and identify areas where technology can improve efficiency, revenue, customer experience, or scalability.
- Coordinate with internal teams to prepare proposals and estimates.
- Negotiate commercially feasible project values and contract terms.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups until project closure.
- Build long-term client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
- Actively contribute ideas for business growth and market expansion.
