Requirements
Must have:
- We are looking for someone with a solid technical base and strong hands-on IT support experience. - We prefer familiarity with endpoint security tools such as Huntress or similar solutions. - We value experience with ticketing and remote monitoring platforms like ConnectWise or comparable systems. - We prefer exposure to UniFi or Ubiquiti networking equipment. - We value prior experience with VoIP platforms such as SkySwitch or similar services. - We prefer strong Windows desktop support knowledge. - We value experience administering Microsoft 365 and/or Google Workspace. - We prefer Apple and macOS support experience. - We value basic networking troubleshooting skills, including cabling, routers, switches, and Wi-Fi. - We are looking for strong problem-solving abilities and sound technical troubleshooting skills. - We value professional communication and customer service capabilities. - We expect reliability, close attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. - We are looking for someone who can explain technical concepts clearly to clients. - We value a willingness to learn and grow within the IT field. - We need someone who can perform effectively in a fast-moving service environment.
Responsibilities:
- We provide technical assistance to walk-in retail customers and business clients. - We troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and VoIP issues both remotely and on site. - We assist with IT projects, including deploying new systems and services. - We use ticketing platforms, RMM tools, endpoint protection software, and remote support applications to manage work. - We support desktops, laptops, printers, networking gear, and cloud-based services. - We maintain a professional, helpful, and customer-centered experience. - We work closely with teammates to resolve technical issues efficiently.
