This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No prior AI experience needed --- just a strong command of healthcare data governance and a sharp eye for quality.

What You'll Do
- Evaluate and improve AI-generated outputs related to healthcare data governance, clinical data management, and regulatory compliance
- Apply your expertise to assess whether AI responses accurately reflect real-world standards for data accuracy, security, and integrity in hospital environments
- Identify gaps, errors, or oversimplifications in how AI handles healthcare data concepts --- from HIPAA compliance to cross-functional data workflows
- Provide structured, detailed feedback that helps AI systems better understand the nuances of clinical, operational, and administrative data
- Work independently and asynchronously --- fully on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Experienced in healthcare data governance, clinical data operations, or health information management
- Deeply familiar with healthcare privacy regulations, compliance frameworks, and data quality standards --- including HIPAA
- Comfortable working across clinical, IT, and administrative domains --- you understand how data flows across a hospital organization
- Naturally detail-oriented with a consistent, methodical approach to evaluating quality
- Clear and concise written communicator who can document feedback effectively
- No prior AI or tech background required
Nice to Have
- Prior experience with data annotation, data quality assurance, or evaluation workflows
- Background in health informatics, EHR systems, or clinical data architecture
- Familiarity with data governance frameworks such as DAMA-DMBOK or similar standards
- Experience working with regulatory bodies or leading compliance initiatives in a hospital setting
