What You'll Do
- Analyze and interpret healthcare and EHR data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
- Evaluate AI-generated outputs related to clinical workflows, health data, and medical decision-making for accuracy and quality
- Assess health information systems, data pipelines, and reporting tools to ensure they meet clinical and operational standards
- Prepare structured feedback, dashboards, and recommendations that improve AI performance in healthcare contexts
- Collaborate asynchronously with technical and clinical teams to drive data-driven improvements
Who You Are
- Experienced working with healthcare data, EHR systems, or clinical reporting platforms
- Strong analytical skills including data visualization, trend analysis, and reporting
- Able to think critically about clinical workflows and operational data
- Comfortable collaborating with clinical, technical, and operational stakeholders
- Detail-oriented and reliable when working independently
Nice to Have
- Experience with data annotation, data quality assurance, or evaluation systems
- Familiarity with AI or machine learning applications in healthcare
- Background in health informatics, clinical informatics, or a related field
