Health Informatics Analyst (AI Training) About The Role We're looking for experienced Health Informatics Analysts to help evaluate and improve AI systems designed to understand healthcare data, clinical workflows, and electronic health records (EHR). What You'll Do
- Review and evaluate AI-generated healthcare content, data interpretations, and clinical workflow recommendations for accuracy and quality
- Apply your EHR and health informatics knowledge to assess how well AI understands clinical and operational data scenarios
- Identify errors, gaps, or unsafe reasoning in AI outputs related to healthcare systems and data pipelines
- Provide structured, expert feedback using clear rating rubrics and written annotations
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Hands-on experience with healthcare data, EHR systems, or clinical reporting platforms
- Strong analytical skills including data interpretation, trend analysis, and reporting
- Ability to evaluate technical and clinical content with precision and consistency
- Comfortable working independently on task-based remote assignments
- Clear written communication skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with data annotation, data quality assurance, or evaluation workflows
- Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR)
- Background in clinical operations, health IT, or medical informatics
