About Syntra Syntra is building the intelligence layer for medical charts: a unified system of record that aggregates data across point solutions and enables AI agents to automate administrative work. Our customers start with Syntra's chart and claim audit and build additional agents from there.

We have a in person engineering and product team in San Francisco.

Traction Snapshot

  • We launched 1 year ago. Syntra processes $200M+ insurance collections annually and over 1M new patient encounters.
  • We consistently grow bookings or live revenue by at least 10-25% a month.
  • We are on track to 8-10x bookings y/y by the end of '26.
  • 80% of Syntra customers buy more Syntra software and 30% more than double their spend in the first year.

About The Role You will be working on both digital and field marketing materials to target two main populations: physicians and administrators.

You will also help in managing the operation of the outbound SDR team and recruiting and building of a marketing and partnerships division at Syntra.

You have 6+ years of experience in conducting marketing for a healthcare company either in health IT, pharma, or medical devices.
