Full Stack Developer (AI Training) About The Role What if your years of full-stack experience could directly shape how AI writes, evaluates, and reasons about code for millions of developers worldwide? What You'll Do
- Evaluate AI-generated code across the full stack --- from frontend interfaces (React, Vue) to backend logic (Node.js, Python, C#)
- Identify bugs, architectural weaknesses, and performance bottlenecks in AI-produced code and designs
- Design and build full-stack tooling to support AI data annotation and quality control workflows
- Review complex system architectures and provide expert feedback on scalability, reliability, and efficiency
- Write clear, structured technical feedback that helps improve AI model outputs
- Work independently and asynchronously --- fully on your own schedule
Who You Are
- 3--5+ years of professional full-stack development experience shipping production-grade code
- Strong proficiency across JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, and Rust
- Comfortable working across both frontend and backend layers without hand-holding
- Sharp eye for code quality, system design, and engineering best practices
- Excellent written communicator --- you can explain complex technical decisions clearly and precisely
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field from a reputable institution
Nice to Have
- Experience with distributed systems, microservices, or high-scale infrastructure
- Background in developer tooling, CI/CD pipelines, or platform engineering
- Familiarity with AI/ML workflows, model evaluation, or data annotation pipelines
- Prior experience in code review, technical writing, or engineering mentorship
