Requirements
Must have:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst operating in an Agile environment - Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with non-technical stakeholders - Hands-on experience writing high-quality user stories and managing product backlogs - A structured approach to requirements gathering, process mapping and documentation - A collaborative mindset with a focus on value, outcomes and continuous improvement
Responsibilities:
- Working within agile delivery teams, supporting sprint planning, refinement and ceremonies - Engaging with non-technical stakeholders to elicit, analyse and document business requirements - Translating complex processes into clear user stories, epics and acceptance criteria - Facilitating workshops and discussions to challenge, validate and prioritise requirements - Ensuring outcomes remain user-focused and aligned to business objectives
