Requirements
Must have:
- We typically require a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics and at least 2 years of relevant professional experience. - We need hands-on Python development experience, including libraries such as numpy, scipy, scikit-image, and scikit-learn, applied beyond academic projects. - We require strong database management and SQL development skills. - We expect experience with software development practices such as documentation, testing, bug tracking, version control, and MLOps. - We require an active and transferable U.S. government-issued DoD Top Secret security clearance before the start date. - We require U.S. citizenship, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for security clearance. - We prefer an active DoD Top Secret clearance with an investigation completed within the last five years. - We prefer an advanced degree in a STEM field. - We value familiarity with tools and languages such as Python, scikit-learn, Jupyter, SQL, Tableau, and R. - We prefer experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering, including Cameo Enterprise Architecture, SysML, digital thread concepts, digital engineering, and MBSE with DevSecOps. - We prefer knowledge of diagnosing and resolving RF and system power issues. - We prefer experience with MATLAB/Simulink, DOORS, DNG, Cameo, Jira, and Confluence.
Responsibilities:
- We design and build data visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms to clearly communicate insights. - We analyze large, complex data sets and turn findings into actionable reports and recommendations. - We use databases for data input, report creation, and information management. - We apply machine learning methods for data cleaning, exploratory analysis, and visualization. - We perform data reduction, feature selection, and feature engineering to generate metrics that support evidence-based decisions. - We automate workflows to improve efficiency and scalability when working with large datasets. - We partner with engineering teams to share findings and address technical challenges. - We contribute analysis across the full system lifecycle, from concept and design through modeling, testing, operation, and maintenance. - We engage with stakeholders, including customers, program management, and senior leadership, to support data-driven strategies.
