- An international Saas company preparing to enter the Japan market. Their services allow their customers digitize and automate their service and repair management operations.
- They have a strong pipeline of business for Japan (including confirmed projects) and can leverage their work with Nikkei businesses in other regions to support their entry into the domestic Japanese market.
The Role
- You'll be the bridge between APAC tech teams and Japanese customers as they implement the system.
- You'll be creating user stories, defining customer requirements, preparing documentation, and ensuring the service meets the needs of the Japan market.
- Each customer is different because clients all have different platforms and tech ecosystems, so you'll need to be curious to understand those differences and help define appropriate solutions.
Your Skills
- Fluent Japanese (N1) and English are mandatory.
- Someone from a product management, project management, or business analysis background with experience managing/influencing Japanese stakeholders would be ideal.
- Exposure / knowledgeable of how major Japanese companies actually operate behind the scenes; how decisions are made in those corporations.
