What You'll Do
- Apply your clinical systems knowledge to evaluate, test, and improve AI-generated outputs related to healthcare IT scenarios
- Identify inaccuracies, gaps, or unrealistic responses in AI content covering EHRs, clinical workflows, and hospital infrastructure
- Translate clinical and operational concepts into structured feedback that helps AI systems learn more effectively
- Review and assess AI-generated technical documentation, troubleshooting steps, and system configurations for accuracy and real-world applicability
- Work independently and asynchronously on task-based assignments at your own pace
Who You Are
- Experienced supporting, administering, or optimizing healthcare IT systems such as EHRs, clinical applications, or hospital infrastructure
- Skilled in technical troubleshooting, system testing, and clinical workflow analysis
- Comfortable working across clinical and technical teams --- you understand both worlds
- Detail-oriented with strong written communication skills
- Self-motivated and reliable in a remote, async work environment
Nice to Have
- Experience with data annotation, data quality review, or AI evaluation workflows
- Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, or healthcare interoperability standards
- Background in clinical informatics or health IT project implementation
