What You'll Do
- Evaluate and improve AI-generated responses related to clinical systems, healthcare IT workflows, and hospital infrastructure
- Apply your expertise to identify errors, gaps, or technically inaccurate outputs in AI-generated clinical systems content
- Troubleshoot, test, and assess AI responses covering EHR configurations, system optimization, and clinical application support
- Translate complex clinical and operational scenarios into structured, expert feedback that helps AI models improve
- Review and rate AI outputs using clear evaluation criteria, working independently on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Experienced in supporting, administering, or optimizing healthcare IT systems such as EHRs, clinical applications, or hospital infrastructure
- Strong technical troubleshooter with hands-on experience diagnosing and resolving clinical system issues
- Comfortable working at the intersection of clinical workflows and technical systems
- Able to evaluate technical accuracy and communicate findings clearly in writing
- Self-motivated and reliable with strong attention to detail
Nice to Have
- Prior experience with data annotation, data quality, or AI evaluation workflows
- Background in clinical informatics or healthcare system implementation
- Familiarity with major EHR platforms such as Epic, Cerner, or Meditech
