What You'll Do
- Manage clinical trial timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure studies stay on track and meet quality standards
- Oversee study budgets, financial forecasting, and cost tracking across multiple vendors and research partners
- Coordinate with CROs, clinical sites, and internal teams to support smooth execution of trial operations
- Identify operational risks early, resolve issues proactively, and keep all stakeholders aligned throughout the trial lifecycle
- Apply your clinical expertise to evaluate and improve AI-generated content and workflows related to clinical research
Who You Are
- Experienced in clinical trial project management, with a strong command of budgets, timelines, and milestone tracking
- Proven track record managing vendors, CROs, or external research partners
- Skilled at juggling multiple workstreams and keeping complex, multi-site studies running smoothly
- Detail-oriented and systematic --- you catch what others miss and document everything clearly
- Self-directed and comfortable working independently in a remote, asynchronous environment
Nice to Have
- Prior experience with data annotation, data quality review, or evaluation systems
- Familiarity with AI tools or clinical data platforms
- Background in regulatory affairs, clinical operations, or healthcare technology
- Experience contributing to process improvement or quality assurance in a research setting
