What You'll Do
- Manage clinical trial timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure projects stay on track and on budget
- Oversee study budgets, forecasting, and financial tracking across multiple vendors and research partners
- Coordinate with CROs, clinical sites, and internal teams to ensure smooth, high-quality study execution
- Identify operational risks early and resolve issues before they impact study delivery
- Keep stakeholders aligned and informed throughout the full trial lifecycle
- Apply your real-world clinical expertise to evaluate and improve AI-generated content in the clinical research domain
Who You Are
- Experienced clinical trial project manager with a strong track record managing budgets, timelines, and vendors
- Skilled at coordinating across CROs, external research partners, and multi-disciplinary internal teams
- Able to juggle multiple workstreams simultaneously without losing sight of quality or deadlines
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable operating independently in a remote environment
- Clear and effective communicator --- written and verbal
Nice to Have
- Prior experience with data annotation, data quality review, or AI evaluation workflows
- Familiarity with clinical data standards or electronic data capture (EDC) systems
- Background in regulatory affairs, clinical operations, or medical research
