What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor a business intelligence team in designing and delivering dashboards, reports, and analytics that support clinical and operational decision-making
- Maintain and continuously optimize BI infrastructure --- including data models, SQL queries, and reporting pipelines --- for accuracy, reliability, and performance
- Analyze clinical, operational, and performance data to surface meaningful trends and support leadership decisions
- Translate complex healthcare data into trusted, accessible insights that improve care delivery and organizational efficiency
- Apply your domain expertise to evaluate and improve how AI models interpret and reason about clinical data
- Work independently and asynchronously --- fully on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Experienced in healthcare or clinical analytics, business intelligence, or health data management
- Proven track record designing and managing BI systems --- dashboards, reporting pipelines, and data models at scale
- Comfortable working with clinical, operational, and administrative datasets in regulated healthcare environments
- Strong communicator who can translate technical findings for both clinical and executive audiences
- Detail-oriented and systematic in your approach to data quality and governance
- Self-directed and reliable when working independently without close supervision
Nice to Have
- Prior experience with data annotation, data quality evaluation, or AI training workflows
- Background in EHR systems, claims data, or population health analytics
- Familiarity with healthcare regulatory frameworks such as HIPAA or HL7/FHIR
- Experience evaluating AI-generated content or outputs for accuracy and appropriateness
