Requirements
Must have:
- Previous experience in Customer Success, Technical Support, Sales, or another client-facing role - Background working for a payroll service provider or serving as a payroll manager is a strong plus - Experience with the Empeon payroll platform is highly advantageous - Strong ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage competing demands - Positive, polished, and professional approach - Excellent written and spoken communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including querying and VLOOKUPs - CPP certification is preferred, though not mandatory depending on experience
Responsibilities:
- We will develop deep expertise in the Empeon platform and help our clients succeed by resolving questions about our Payroll, Human Resources, and Time \& Attendance application - We will manage client requests through our ticketing system - We will support clients by email and phone with payroll and HR guidance, applying that knowledge within the Empeon toolset - We will assist internal and external users with modules such as profile configuration, reporting, accrual setup, and payroll processing setup - We will stay current on platform modules and updates, and test our understanding of newly released monthly features - We will lend support to other teams, including Tax and Implementation, when needed - We will communicate client needs to our Product, Management, and Development teams - We will contribute to additional business priorities as assigned by management
