Job Description:
- Approving rosters to ensure sufficient manpower is scheduled on each shift.
- Ensure all supervisor coaching are done.
- Proper maintenance checks for Reception counters and procedure rooms daily.
- Handling of performance appraisals for department.
- Management of the department's controllable expenses to achieve or exceed budgeted goals monthly.
- Responsible for supporting / facilitating day-to-day operations of various clinics
Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree, in any field.
- At least 2 years (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably with experience in Healthcare Sector
